Another beautifully executed residential transformation at 20 East 9th St, NYC by Aerial Design and Build.

 

This project featured a complete gut renovation of two bathrooms, elevating both functionality and finish with meticulous attention to detail. 

 

In the kitchen, we introduced new stonework at the island and a distinctive scallop-shaped backsplash, creating a refined focal point. 

 

The scope also included custom millwork elements, new doors, updated mouldings throughout, and fresh tile work in the solarium — each detail carefully crafted to deliver a cohesive and elevated living environment.
