24 W 30th Street residential project in Manhattan featured in
The Wall Street Journal
One of the Aerial’s latest residential projects – a minimalist makeover located at 24 W 30th Street in Manhattan – has been featured in The Wall Street Journal!
The owners bought the 1,979-square-foot space in Pell Building (a former warehouse built in 1909) with a view of the Empire State Building in 2014.
Behind the $700,000, 14-month successful renovation stands architect Aaron Schiller of New York-based Schiller Projects.
