A thoughtful residential upgrade completed at 530 East 76th Street, NYC by Aerial Design and Build.

This full-scope interior improvement included the installation of new prefinished wood flooring throughout, creating a warm and cohesive foundation across the residence.

We also fully gut renovated three bathrooms and constructed dropped ceilings in all three bathrooms and the kitchen to accommodate new recessed lighting - enhancing both functionality and ambiance with a clean, modern finish.
