Aerial is working on new project “Ancolie” in Greenwich Village!

Ancolie is a restaurant which solely serves meals in custom-designed glass mason jars. Founded by Chloe Vichot, this epicurean cantine will open its first restaurant in Manhattan in fall 2016.
