Birch Coffee in Soho, NYC completed
Birch Coffee is a mini-chain founded by Jeremy Lyman and Paul Schlader which currently operates seven lovely coffee shops in NYC.
The Birch Coffee is sourcing each and every one of its beans from all across the world, making sure to capture the best flavor, while having a global impact in making the coffee industry a fair and sustainable one.
With Aerial being a general contractor, the new Birch Coffee location was opened in Soho (71 West Houston St) on 28th March 2017.
