Aerial's latest NYC hospitality project, Silver Apricot, located at 20 Cornelia St, has opened on July 16th for sidewalk service in the West Village!
Silver Apricot is a new Chinese-inspired New York restaurant by chef Simone Tong. Simone and her team are also behind the popular Little Tong that is not only an awarded 2 star restaurant by The New York Times, but the restaurant is donating hundreds of meals a day to first responders, shelters, and other critical and needy members of the community.
