After Talea's West Village location at Christopher St , Aerial is a proud to again be the general contractor for their second Manhattan location at 22W 40th St, NYC.

The women-owned brewery @taleabeer (founded in 2019) opened their Bryant Park location in December 2023.

It is located on the ground floor of the Park Terrace Hotel across from Bryant Park and the highlights of this project are cheery and colorful vibes, thoughtful design and construction.
Talea is known for enjoying to empower women, which is reflected also in their choice of all-female teams on the design and construction. It was our great pleasure to work on this exciting project with the architecture and design firm Alda Ly Architecture!
